Grit Blasting

A hard abrasive grit that is suitable for metal and hard stone work.

Fine Blasting

A fine grit that is designed for more delicate surfaces such as sandstone, bricks, and wooden beams which when combined with lowering the air pressure can be much less aggressive.

In-house Shot blasting

Bring your items to us to be blasted. We can do any size from small engine parts to 30 foot trailers.

For example: garden gates/furniture, car chassis/panels/running gear, truck chassis, tipper bodies, fire places, log baskets, farm machinery, wooden beams, small stone objects. For small items we offer a while you wait service.

Mobile shot blasting

Our mobile unit can travel to your site to blast.

For example: house fronts, barn conversions, wooden beams, swimming pools, lime mortar removal ready for re-pointing, lime wash from walls, steel frame buildings, large plant/farm equipment, trucks, trailers, fixed railings gates, large statues, patios.

Painting

All metal work (mobile or in-house) can be protected with a variety of zinc primers, undercoats and top coats

Powder coating

Any item that is all metal can be powder coated at our yard. After blasting the object is coated in powder and baked at high temperature so the powder cures into a tough and durable coat.

For example: gates, railings, car suspension bits, running gear, wheels, frame work, off road chassis, motorbike frames, car roll cages.

Please note this process takes the metal in excess of 200 degrees and so any rubbers or fluids would need to be removed.
